As the nurse manager of the Department of Critical Care Medicine at Auckland City Hospital, and one of the members of the conference organising committee, I am well able to comment on the fantastic job done by Donna Clapham and her team at Workz4U, as our conference organiser for 2011.
We knew Donna was the conference company for us when she said there are three most important things to have a successful conference. An interesting program, good food and an efficient AV system.
Our committee and Donna worked together to develop a very clear timeline and all the way through we met those deadlines with a bit of nudging from Donna. Donna kept the minutes of all meetings, and gave us very clear outlines of what we all needed to do along with copies of all the minutes.
Donna and her team were responsive to our requests, the venue was fantastic, the food great and no problems with the AV system!
This was a very successful conference, and Donna and her team played a huge part in that success.
I would recommend Workz4U to anyone planning a conference anywhere in New Zealand.
