Accommodation has been organised at The Hyatt which is also the Conference venue. Please direct all accommodation enquiries to Workz4U Limited.  The accommodation venue WILL NOT accept direct bookings. Please note that Workz4U Limited does not accept payment for accommodation on behalf of the accommodation venues.

Prices quoted are on a per night basis and do not include breakfast. To secure your reservation, you must provide credit card details. Your credit card details will be passed on to the hotel. The balance is to be settled directly with the hotel by the delegate upon checkout. No penalty for cancellations more than 30 days before first night’s accommodation. Cancellations after this time will incur penalties at the discretion of the hotel.  All hotels will charge no show fees to your credit card.

All changes to accommodation requirements must be made in writing to the Conference Manager, NOT to the accommodation venue.  If requested accommodation is not available we will reserve a similar alternative.
 

If, whilst registering online, you experience difficulties securing accommodation, please contact the Conference Managers; telephone +64 9 917-3653 or email conferences@workz4u.co.nz. Problems could be experienced if your selected accommodation is no longer available, or if you are selecting accommodation outside our allocated dates.
 
Unsold accommodation will be released on Friday 1st April 2011.  For alternative accommodation selections after this date, please refer to the conference website www.workz4uconferences.co.nz.

Late Arrivals
Check-in time is usually 2pm. If you are arriving late, please indicate your arrival time on your booking so we can advise the property.

Sharing Accommodation
Delegates who intend to share a room should indicate the name of the person with whom they wish to share on the registration form.  Only ONE of the sharing delegates should submit the accommodation booking.
