Accommodation has been organised at Pullman Auckland (formerly The Hyatt Regency Auckland) (which is also the Conference venue) and Metropolis Residences. Please direct all accommodation enquiries to Workz4U Limited. The accommodation venues WILL NOT accept direct bookings. Please note that Workz4U Limited does not accept payment for accommodation on behalf of the accommodation venues.
Prices quoted are inclusive of GST, on a per night basis and do not include breakfast. To secure your reservation, you must provide credit card details. Your credit card details will be passed on to the hotel. The balance is to be settled directly with the hotel by the delegate upon checkout. No penalty for cancellations more than 30 days before first nights accommodation. Cancellations after this time will incur penalties at the discretion of the hotel. All hotels will charge no show fees to your credit card.
All changes to accommodation requirements must be made in writing to the Conference Manager, NOT to the accommodation venues. If requested accommodation is not available we will reserve a similar alternative.

Late Arrivals
Check-in time is usually 2pm. If you are arriving late, please indicate your arrival time on your booking so we can advise the property.
Sharing Accommodation
Delegates who intend to share a room should indicate on the registration form the name of the person with whom they wish to share. Only ONE of the sharing delegates should submit the accommodation booking.
