Credit card payment is not compulsory for online registration as you will receive a tax invoice with your registration confirmation. (If faxing your registration, complete in black ink and retain a copy).
Payment can be made by cheque (payable to ‘Conference Trust Account’), direct debit into the Conference Bank Account or credit card (Mastercard, AMEX, Visa). All prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars. Completed registration forms and payment can be faxed or posted to the Conference Managers.

Acknowledgement
All registrations received prior to Monday 19 July 2010 will be acknowledged in writing. Registrations received after this date will be processed on the day you arrive at the Conference. If you have not received confirmation of your registration within two weeks of posting your registration form, please contact Workz4U Limited, email
conferences@workz4u.co.nz. Online registrations will be acknowledged with an automated email response and a tax invoice.
Alterations
Alterations to your registration will not be accepted over the telephone. Alterations must be in writing via:

Payment
All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars (inclusive of GST). Registration cannot be confirmed until full payment is received.
Cheque/Money Order/Bank Draft: Please make payable to “Conference Trust Account”. All payments MUST BE IN NEW ZEALAND DOLLARS.
Credit Cards: All major credit cards are accepted: American Express, Mastercard and Visa. Card payments will appear as Workz4U Limited on your credit card statement.
On-site Registration
If you have not registered by Monday 19 July 2010, you can register on-site. The Registration Desk will be open from Monday 26 July 2010 from 1:00pm. On-site delegates are not guaranteed a Conference Satchel or any inclusive Social Function Tickets.
At the Conference
Your registration pack, with the programme, will be available for collection from the Workz4U registration desk located in the Lower NZI Foyer of the Aotea Centre. The registration desk will be open at the following times:

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Managers. Cancellations made by Friday 25 June 2010 will be refunded, less 10% to cover administration costs. After this date, no refunds will be made. All refunds will be processed after the Conference. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred.
