The conference organisers have negotiated special rates for conference delegates at a number of hotels in Christchurch.  Hotel bookings can be made via onlin registration or the registration form.  Room rates include 12.5% GST and are based on single/double or twin occupancy
 
To Secure Accommodation
Your credit card details will be passed on to the hotel to secure your accommodation. Your account is to be settled directly with the hotel upon checkout.  Any no-show fees will be charged to your credit card. 

Cancellation of Booking
Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Conference Managers. The deposit will be forfeited for all cancellations received after Thursday 17 February 2011 or if the room is not occupied on the advised date of arrival.   Please note: One night's accommodation will be debited from the supplied credit card if delegates fail to arrive on the specified date and the remainder of the booking will be cancelled. 

Sharing Accommodation
Delegates who intend to share a room should indicate the name of the person with whom they wish to share on the registration form.  Only ONE of the sharing delegates should submit the accommodation booking.
