Acknowledgement
All registrations received prior to
Thursday 10 March 2011 will be acknowledged in writing. Registrations received after this date will be processed on the day you arrive at the Conference. If you have not received confirmation of your registration within two weeks of posting your registration form, please contact Workz4U Limited,
info@workz4u.co.nz. Online registrations will be acknowledged with an automated email response and a tax invoice.
Alterations
Alterations to your registration will not be accepted over the telephone. Alterations must be in writing via:

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Managers. Cancellations made by Thursday 17 February 2011 will be refunded, less 10% to cover administration costs. After this date, no refunds will be made. All refunds will be processed after the Conference. Refunds will only be made by the same method as payment was received. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred.
Payment
All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars (inclusive of GST). Registration cannot be confirmed until full payment is received. Credit card payment is not compulsory for online registration as you will receive a tax invoice with your registration confirmation. (If faxing your registration, complete in black ink and retain a copy). Completed registration forms and payment can be faxed or posted to the Conference Managers.
Cheque/Money Order/Bank Draft - Please make payable to “Conference Trust Account”. All payments MUST BE IN NEW ZEALAND DOLLARS.
Credit Cards - Amex, Mastercard and Visa are accepted. Credit Card payments will appear as Workz4U Limited on your statement.
Online Banking - Please use delegates surname as a reference when transferring funds electronically. Internet payments will appear as Workz4U Limited on your statement. If transferring funds from overseas please ensure that you transfer the full amount including an international transaction fee of NZ$25.

Onsite Registration
If you have not registered by Thursday 10 March 2011, you can register on-site. The Registration Desk will be open from Friday 18 March 2011. On-site delegates are not guaranteed Meeting documentation, a conference satchel or any inclusive social function tickets.
Registration Desk
Pre Conference Workshops - The registration desk, located foyer of the Grand Chancellor Hotel, will be open for Pre-Conference workshop registration from 10.00am on Thursday 17 March 2011.
Conference - for all other conference registrants the registration desk will be open as follows.
Friday 18 March 0730 – 1800 hours
Saturday 19 March 0700 – 1700 hours
Sunday 20 March 0730 – 1300 hours

Registration Inclusions
- Registration for full time delegates includes entry into scientific sessions, the conference program and abstract book, a conference satchel, morning and afternoon teas, lunches each day of the conference and attendance to the Welcome Reception.
- Day registration includes entry into all scientific sessions on the day of registration, the conference program and abstract book, a conference satchel, morning and afternoon tea and lunch on the day of registration.
- Registration for Pre-Conference Workshops is additional.
