TRAVELLING TO AUCKLAND
Travelling to Auckland is easy with the Auckland International and Domestic Airport only 30 kilometers from the conference venue. The airport has daily flights from all around New Zealand and from international desitinations such as Asia, the United States and Europe (via Singapore).
Book your flights early to enjoy cheap airfares! Travel can be booked via Air New Zealand, Qantas or Pacific Blue.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation has been organised at one hotel and one apartment complex. All are within walking distance of the Conference venue. Please direct all accommodation enquiries to Workz4U Limited. The accommodation venues WILL NOT accept direct bookings. Please note that Workz4U Limited does not accept payment for accommodation on behalf of the accommodation venues.
Prices quoted are on a per night basis and do not include breakfast. To secure your reservation, you must provide credit card details. Your credit card details will be passed on to the hotel. The balance is to be settled directly with the hotel by the delegate upon checkout. No penalty for cancellations more than 30 days before first night’s accommodation. Cancellations after 5 October 2009 will incur penalties at the discretion of the hotel. All hotels will charge no-show fees to your credit card.
All changes to accommodation requirements must be made in writing to Workz4U Limited – NOT to the accommodation venue. If requested accommodation is not available we will reserve a similar alternative.

Problems could be experienced if your selected accommodation is no longer available, or if you are selecting accommodation outside our allocated dates.
Unsold accommodation will be released on 5th October 2009. For alternative accommodation selections after this date, please refer to the conference website www.workz4uconferences.co.nz/racp.
Late Arrivals
Check-in time is usually 2.00pm. If you are arriving late, please indicate your arrival time on your booking so we can advise the property.
Sharing Accommodation
Delegates who intend to share a room should indicate the name of the person with whom they wish to share on the registration form. Only ONE of the sharing delegates should submit the accommodation booking.
CAR PARKING
The car park located beneath the Hyatt Regency Hotel is operated by Parking New Zealand. There is limited car parking and availability is based on a ‘first in first served’ basis.
